Is there a way to allow costs of some product to be 0 using FIFO costing method and Automated Inventory Valuation? thanks.

Probably possible only if on Product you can set cost price as 0(you can change category to normal and change the cost price to 0.00 then again reset) OR if you don't want the cost price for some products then set 0.00 at purchase time...
