As a user, I want to only have to upload a contract template once.

Once I have added the various place holders (TEXT, NAME, PHONE NUMBER) etc. and happy with the template, I want to be able to easily repurpose/customise the template before sending.


Currently, I am having to edit the field for the place holder and add the company info in the fields descriptor.


I am keen to enter as much information onto the document before I issue it to a customer to save them an time-consuming admin process their end.


Please let me know if I am using it incorrectly.
