Please advice since i cant find (Odoo (OpenERP) Contact Importer)in apps what must i do because i have OpenERP 7 and this is in not under apps, please help and am running this on the synology server.

This app is for release 8.0 only. But Odoo has a import function which allows to import .csv file. Please read the docs for further information:
