is upgrading fullcalendar 1.6.x to fullcalendar 2.x possible in odoo 9?
i need the resource view from fullcalendars scheduler.
Are there any experience in updrading? or is it possible to use fullcalendar 2 additional to
fullcalendar 1.6.x in a new modul?

The API beetwen fullcalendar 1 and 2, are not retro compatible.
If your plan is to update the library, you will need to rewrite a big part of web_calendar !
