Hi!!
I had the same issue.
To solve this, you have to go to meta and create a new application. Once you add the new phone number and have it all working in meta, you have to go to whatsapp in Odoo. Go to settings > whatsapp account > add new > add all the info as you did with the first phone number > try connection.
Then go to templates and create new ones to apply to your new account.
* Both templates are the same but each of them must have their own name and each must be connected to one of the accounts
* Account 1
* Account 2

@paola does it mean that each user in odoo will have their own whatsapp integration? or should we use one for everyone?
This is up to you. Up to 15 users can have the same account or you can have an account per user. Just remember that Meta will charge each account individually and templates are also per account

Hi @Paola, does it mean that if we try to add the 2nd phone number to the same Facebook app, it won't work?
Here, one can add several phone numbers to the same app. But should we not do it this way? Do we need to create a new Facebook app for each phone number?

But then, how do you configure a different 'Webhook Verify Token' in the same facebook app dashboard? It only lets you specify one, but for each app you WhatsApp Business Account you create in Odoo, you get a different 'Webhook Verify Token' value.
Does this matter?
