We sell our customers products that have a one year warranty, sometimes the products get damaged and the customers want to send them back for repair instead of buying new ones because the product itself is expensive and repairing it is cheaper.

For products under warranty we provide the repair service for free for certain types of damages, and for products that are not under warranty, we invoice the customer the cost of the repair.


How can we do that?
