Only invisible works for Page/group. readonly and required does not work with page/group as it is specific to fields. For dealing with those situations, i generally make the fields as READONLY that are available in the page/group.

Just give read permission only to the user, the form would not be edited by the user. Hope my answer help you.
you can customize access right for read only pages in setting/group
