I am looking for a way to programmatically trigger the live chat widget when needed, instead of loading the "external_lib.js" everywhere and have it trigger on page load.
I load the CSS & JS files after the page is loaded, but cannot find a way to trigger the widget (open) when the user clicks a button or something.
I also have interest to any help with this - Tamkeen.... did you find out ?
