I want to disable all the automatic outgoing mails in odoo15.
I just want to send only manual mailing.
What and all we should remove before setting outgoing mail server for restricting automation.
Or any other methods are there or not ?

Hello Vishnu P V,
you can folllow below steps.
1) Activate debug or developer mode
2) Go to Setting ---> Technical --> Schedule Action and find action name = "Mail: Email Queue Manager" and disable or deactivate that action

Can I block that function(send_mail) from backend ?
It doesn't really work. Even after deactivation, the emails are delivered
