Hello, I need to substitute the component of a product that need to be tracked by lot number. The removal and substitution is easy in the service repair form but in that form I can not insert the lot of the component that has to be removed and the one that will substitute it. Indeed, if I try to force this operation, open ERP tells me that I do need to assign a lot number for that component. Does anyone know how to insert such information?
