Sorry for the question but I´m new.
I´m not be able to go or show Home Screen where the Aplications icons are located.
I have the comunity version instaled on local network.
How can I get that Screen ?. I try localhost:8069 or localhost:8069/web#home but nothing.. it goes all the time to conversaions Aplication. (Chat).

For Odoo Community Edition (CE) are multiple proprietary and open source themes (apps) available for the same functionality.
The 2 most popular backend themes:
- Openworx Material Backend Theme (https://apps.odoo.com/apps/themes/browse?series=&search=openworx)
- MuK IT Backend Theme (https://apps.odoo.com/apps/themes/14.0/muk_web_theme/)
are available for all newer versions, including Odoo 14.0. The Openworx theme is named after each Odoo version separately, so make sure you use the appropriate search term in the app store.
