Hello Asmaa,

Odoo will Automatically manage the symbol of currency based on the company User is Logged in.

I have Provided you screenshot for reference for better Understanding.

As you can see that in Below screenshots I have created One Demo Company and set the Country as 'United states'

and as we know that currency symbol is'$'.

See the below screenshots, the symbol has been changed.

After that I switched to the Company named 'My Company (Chicago)' and set the Coountry as 'India'.

When I refresh the view of Balance sheet the currency symbol chnaged to '₹'.
