So, we all know that unused Studio fields keep piling and can't be deleted from Studio itself. But is there an easy way to find out what fields are not being used, so i can delete them manually?

I think you can go to the list of fields (in Developer Mode - Settings / Technical / Fields) and select any with "studio" in the name and try to delete them:
Odoo won’t allow you to delete them if they are used anywhere (and you can search through the architecture of all views to find where a field is used).
