When I send my client to see invoice (on selection send invoice my email)

You can access this document and pay online via our Customer Portal:

View Quotation

(it send him link as )

http://localhost:8069/?db=ABCTEST#id=1879&view_type=form&model=sale.order&action=1338.

I do understand the extyernal user can't open it as it is local host

My question is how can I make external user to see this invoice.
