We are using OpenERP in production but sometimes, we'd like to try some functionality in a test-database first. Is there a way to have the layout of the screen appear different if we're in a test-database?

You can use two different company logo to identify good database from production database...;)
It's the simplest way
Thanks! The simplest ideas are (most of the time) the best! I think this solves my problem where sometimes the databases get mixed up.
