Hi,

I set up an automated action to get a reminder before a phone call.

I set the action up with no filters, and and used - Trigger Date: 'Date'

Delay after Trigger Date: '-15 Minutes'

On the action tab, I just put a server action to send an Email...

I assumed this would send me a reminder 15 minutes before the phone call. Problem is, it keeps sending and resending Emails for every single phone call, and does not seem to consider the Trigger Date thing at all.

Can anyone direct me to the proper usage for Automated Actions in 7.0?
