Dear all, I would really appreciate your help, Im getting this error in the manufacturing module while setting as done one manufacturing order "Integrity Error


The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:
- deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it
- creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set

[object with reference: account_id - account.id]"

I got the same error while validating one cash payment


Any idea would be more than welcome

It says mandatory field is not set.

Look at the products and Category used for the products.

Make sure the Category used in product is configured with the accounts and that should resolve this error.

Hi Mayank, thank a lot for your help, It was great because the issue is related with the inventory valuation method in the product category , it get solved only if I move the valuation from Automated to MANUL , for any reason it doesn’t work with the automated method even defined the accounts , any idea??

Hello Renee,

You are using cash payment method, it means cash journal.

So, may be the problem with account mapping, can you please check any default debit and credit accounts are mapped to Cash Journal.
