EBICS (cf. www.ebics.com) is an international standard that defines how to make a secured connection between an ERP/accounting system and the bank in order to exchange electronic documents. The common use if the download of bank statements and the upload of payment orders and direct debit orders. The standard is commonly used in Germany and France but also adopted by banks in other countries. During the talk we’ll explain how this works and give a live demo of such a connection between Odoo and a French bank. This talk could be for beginners or experts
