He has been working as a functional expert and implementer of Odoo/OpenERP for the last 5 years, and founded Adhoc, a company that provide ERP implementations and software solutions based on the Odoo framework. What will people learn from this talk? The complete process for providing support to Odoo clients, using Slack chat integrated on their Odoo databases, by Talkus. Learn how to integrate Slack to give an easy way for your Odoo Client to communicate with your support department, and receive notifications on your smartphone, personal computer, tablet, etc. Included also at the presentation, helpdesk tickets generation also integrated at the client database (web services connection with supporter database) and portal management for follow up.
