How do i link an email with an existing ticket. I know the format for sending the ticket to the helpdesk team email alias. I am looking for a way of linking the whole email thread to a specific ticket i have already created

Adding emails to existing Helpdesk Tickets (or Project Tasks or Opportunities) is possible with either of the Email Plugins.
