Why this task?

This class contains everything you need to know about our MMC (Mid-Market Corporate) processes:

  • The presales part: From the first contact with a prospect until the moment the sale is concluded and the project is green-lighted for implementation. 
  • The implementation part: From the project initiation to the transfer to support. 

The class contains reading material and practical exercises about how we handle:

  • Presales process from a business analyst perspective (RFQ, ROI, POC)
  • Implementation from a large account consultant's perspective
  • Implementation from a project director's perspective
  • … and other complex situations

As a side effect of this class, you will also become better at:

  • Qualifying potential projects and defining their scope
  • Building realistic commercial offers
  • Defining project timeline and budget
  • … and in turn, improving your project implementation success rates !
