Hi

In previous versions, you could have a custom delivery route set on the Sales Order Lines. 


What my team and I have noticed is that if the route on the SO line is another delivery route, it is not triggering and will default to the default odoo one. Can anyone help what is the change from v17 to v18?

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Routes and check your custom route configuration. Ensure that the route is correctly set up and available for the products you're working with. Also, ensure that the route is available for sales orders and that it can be selected at the line level.

you can also check Product Settings and Warehouse Setting for additional route setting that may collide with routes settings
