I want to get field name value from model & enter in xml file.
I tried <span t-esc="helpdesk.name"/>
But error has come,
In this helpdesk is module name & name is field which I want to get this value.
If anyone know, please help me
Model will be something like helpdesk.ticket or helpdesk.team
You can see the model name in the URL when using Odoo
e.g.
https://<domain_name>/web#action=639&model=helpdesk.ticket&view_type=kanban&cids=1%2C3&menu_id=443
