How to get field name value from model in odoo?

Question

I want to get field name value from model & enter in xml file.
I tried  <span t-esc="helpdesk.name"/>
But error has come,
In this helpdesk is module name & name is field which I want to get this value.
If anyone know, please help me

Model will be something like *helpdesk.ticket* or *helpdesk.team*
You can see the model name in the URL when using Odoo
e.g.

https:// <domain_name> /web#action=639&*model=helpdesk.ticket*&view_type=kanban&cids=1%2C3&menu_id=443
