In odoo 18 in the app HelpDesk can create tags but not modify o erase.

Help?

Hello there,

For this you can go to Settings> Users& Companies> Groups.

Then Search for Helpdesk Group.

And then go User as Name, then switch to tab Access Rights,

Ensure all CURD for helpdesk.tag as shown in image below, if not change it and then check.
