I have set several stages for CRM possibilities and one is 'Follow Up'
Basically I move there every "We are wondering if we can still help you with this / if the customer's requirement still remains" type of messages. and after 1-2 weeks I ask them again if the case is still open.

What I would like to do is to automate this by stage and wanted amount of delay in days before a follow up email is sent.

Could this be easily done with server actions? And if so, how?

Hello Murola,

Automating the same seems a bit level of custom development. But this is still easy with having proper utilisation of Activities & Email Templates.
