Is there anyway to get Odoo helpdesk app on on-premise installation?

Hi,
You can install the Helpdesk app for any Enterprise edition of odoo instance.
goto Apps -> search 'helpdesk'
You will not get this app in the Community edition of odoo. If needed you can use any of these free 3rd party add-ons

Thanks for the update. I would need the Automatic Assignment feature in Helpdesk. Is there any 3rd party add-ons have this option available?
