To streamline operations, we deployed a tailored Odoo solution covering CRM, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR, and Project Management. This included custom CRM enhancements for stage-based bid evaluations, progress billing setup in accounting, and structured supplier coordination.
As a result, the company achieved centralized client visibility, faster and more professional quotation processes, and accurate progress billing.
