Ibáñez y Valverde S.L. is a family business with three decades of experience in the production and marketing of cheese and artisan dairy products, such as yogurts. This commercialization is carried out by establishments throughout the whole national territory. Before starting to work with Odoo, Ibáñez and Valverde SL worked with several tools at the same time, such as: SAP Business One, Excel, Google Sheets and Outlook. This combination of tools caused them certain problems, especially related to mobility and adaptability to new regulations. We also encountered recurring problems when using several management tools in the same company, such as problems in contacting customers and transmitting documents to them, accessing databases from different terminals, both from fixed and cell phones. The Odoo Digital Advisor, who was attentive to every detail and need and was able to solve them quickly and efficiently so that at no time hindered the activity of the company, was also a highlight of the process.
