Hi

I installed helpdesk app on our Odoo system, I provided my IT team with "User" access right and kept "Administrator" for myself.

The issue is when the ticket closed by John (IT Team Member), Patrick (from IT team too) can open it again and assign it to himself and close it.

How can we prevent such cases?

Hi,

1. Go to Settings -> Technical -> Security -> Access rights

2. Select the the user access right for help desk 

3. Edit the Read, write, delete, and create access right accordingly.
