About the job
Most of the time, we deliver a standard version of Odoo to our customers. However, some want a more tailored solution: from adding a simple button to developing larger custom features.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll turn these customization requests into reality, handling everything from technical analysis to development and support.
Unlike traditional consulting firms, you won’t be sent to clients: you’ll collaborate directly with our Business Analysts, your in-house colleagues who handle customer relations. You’ll work from our Antwerp office, with most client follow-ups done online.

Responsibilities
- Create impactful solutions for clients of all sizes and industries, turning their business needs into smart Odoo features
- Ensure long-term success by maintaining, improving, and supporting the custom solutions you've built
- Shape our SaaS offer by tailoring it to unique customer requirements
- Empower our partners through guidance and training, helping them deliver outstanding Odoo projects
Onboarding:
As our Antwerp team is being established, the new hire will complete their onboarding at Odoo's headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve for a period of three months. The first month will be fully on-site, followed by up to 40% remote work for the remaining two months.
The starting date is flexible and will be determined in consultation with the successful candidate.
