Installed newest version today, but when I try to find the menus for editing the translation I find that there are no "Administration" menu.

Settings (on top) > Languages > Translations.
You need to activate the technical features to get this menu:
Excellent, only thing I can't see now is the option to edit in place (in the various views/forms) but it is probably me looking the wrong way. OpenERP looks really good!! Now I just have to learn more about accounting!
