Please check the logs of odoo sh to identify what the issue facing while installing the module. if the app says "cancel install" then it is not installed completely, So click on the cancel install button and try to install it again and check the logs while installing the module.

If you purchased the module from the Odoo App Store, it is less likely to have errors because they adhere to certain guidelines.
