Hello,I need to configure that each team in Helpdesk has its own Ticket type list, such as the stages. is that possible with Studio?

Thanks for your answer, but what I really need is to segmentate the Type of the ticket.
I mean If I choose Customer Care apears some Type of the ticket, and if I choose Help Desk apears other Type of Ticket, acutally the list is the same for both

This is possible by managing STAGES.
Helpdesk --> Configuration --> Stages

You can see that the first two and last stage are common for both teams, while SOLVED and DONE are unique:


Modify the Stages to suit your needs - sharing some of them or none of them with your Teams.
