Is it possible to link sign module with recruitment module , I want to send a file pdf(It can be modified ) containing a signature (he can sign it) to the accepted person and he sends it his signature again (JOB OFFER). I want that during the recuritment module not sign module it is possible ? i use odoo version 14 enterprise online

Yes, It's totally possible,
From the source side: In the contract you have to add a button that will initiate one pdf file and if you wish to add some pre-populated data then that thing is also possible,
After that thing, it will automatically send to the employee that is related to that contract.
So you need some technical skills.
