Dear community,


Is it possible to set the same email address for all open position?

Would the system still works and recognized to which position to save the emails from the applicant or do we have to create a separate email address?

The reason, I am asking is because we are advertising our open position on external platforms such as jobsdb for example. We refer there with a single email address which is jobs@

Now, I am not sure what is best to do?

Do we forward the email from jobs@ to our catchall mailbox, and set all the position with the email address jobs@?

Or this will not work and we have to use for each position a different email address.

Hi Thanks for the feedback.

The problem is that on some platform we are limited, and for all position advertised, can only use our account email address. Cannot set a specific address per position.

Which means that we will have to input the reply from these people manually.

Some other platform is good because we can specify to apply on the website directly and not through the platform.

Hi,

It's better if we create a separate email address. It would help Odoo to identify.
