I would like to enable recaptcha in my website but unable to select the captcha option.
While trying to enable toggle button it's not responding.

Hi. ReCAPTCHA v3 is invisible. It is automatically enabled when you configure the keys.
The toggle that you mention is only for show or not the terms message in the form.
You can inspect if recaptcha is loadad showing the sources tab in browser dev console.
