Have a general question that would apply to v11 enterprise and community.

Is it possible to create a new forum and limit the portal users who can see it? I can prevent the forum from showing unless someone is logged in, but I want to hide this forum except for a few users.

I've looked over web, googled, and looked through videos and docs.  I can't seem to find any pathway to accomplish this.
