Could client pay part of qoutation online?
Because I can set payment terms with different parts and choose them in qoutation but I don't know how to pay online only part of qoutation.

You can not do a partial payment on a Quotation. Once the Quotation is confirmed you can create a Invoice for the partial payment set to the payment terms you have created and have them pay online through your web portal.
