I am a teacher and interesting in local version Odoo for Windows. But Python project structure of Odoo for Windows is not standard. I can't build corect virtual environment venv, run project> join PostgreSQL DB and so on. 
The documentation is too short and incomplete. Does anyone know of a better one?

Everything is going well on Ubuntu, but our students are working on Windows 10,  using PyCharm Pro, Python 3.12, PostreSQL 12.
