When receiving a multiple purchased products, why odoo issue a separate journal entry for each line product received?

It is the default behavior in odoo that allows accurate accounting records and provides detailed information for each transaction.
As you mentioned, these lines can be consolidated to a single line, but that may be more challenging to analyze and reconcile the transactions.
