Are the areas of the site customizable? I.e. can I move sales outside of the "Sales" menu item and have a "Support" in the menu instead? The reason is that sales and support are two different entities and they shouldn't be forced to link under sales. Sometimes support queries are not directly related to sales issues anyway.

Each menu has a 'parent' which determines where it appears.

Yes, sorry about not updating, but removing the support section outside the parent Sales is exactly what I did.
