We are using Odoo version 10 Community, with the Inventory, Website, and Sales modules. Is it feasible to migrate the database from version 10 to version 18 in a relatively straightforward and time-efficient manner?

You have three options:
1. Use OpenUpgrade, supported by the Odoo Community Association. See https://oca.github.io/OpenUpgrade/
2. Export all of your data, import it all over again. Very manual and time consuming.
3. Upgrade to Odoo Enterprise and use the Odoo migration service - which will not include any custom modules.
