I want to publish my module on apps.odoo.com.
is it possible to put a relative path (like ./static/myvideo.webm) for the video in the property "live_test_url" in the __manifest__.py file

You can add the URL of the live preview or demo of your app, just like the URL of the demo page or video URL of the app workflow, etc.
