Some of our customers have multiple e-mails on their customer profile, is there a way to link a certain e-mail to the follow-up reports?
Example:
Customer has 3 emails registered with us because they interact with different people in our organization when they buy from us/have questions etc. Customer has the following 3 emails registered: 1 for sales, 1 for marketing and 1 for finance. How can we link the finance e-mail to follow up reports without removing the sales/marketing e-mail for the sales people?
