Is there any configuration to allow the Self Ordering screen to have internal notes just as the cashier screen has? I need the notes to appear on the kitchen preparation display.

To get this effect you can create an Attribute with an Attribute Value that is a Custom Value.
This will show as a field that the customer can fill in on the Self Ordering screen.
The attribute value will print on the receipt and kitchen ticket. I do not have the KDS module to determine if it shows but assume it would.
i would like to know this tho...
