Hello Shrut! Take a look at this link (in Spanish) section "Catálogo de Usos de CFDI 4.0"

According to the SAT, certain "Usages" need to be applied for exclusively for a "Persona Fisica" (Which RFC contains 4 initial letters) or "Persona Moral" (Which RFC contains 3 initial letters)

This also needs to match with the Fiscal Regime as seen in this Forum Entry:

[l10n_mx] CFDI40141, CFDI40158 - La clave del campo RegimenFiscal debe corresponder con el tipo de persona (fisica o moral).
