I go to http://localhost:8069/web/database/manager to use the database management tool, when I create a database, I got the message "Database creation error: 'res.users'". What does this mean and h ow do I solve this problem?

Hi,
I am not sure why it happens, inorder to get rid of this, before creating the database, remove the custom addons path from the odoo configuration file and restart the odoo service and then create the database, right now the db creation will get succeeded without any issue.
So once the db is created, you can bring back the custom addons path and then install the modules.
