i can't find certification exam access

Hello Dears
i purchased a certificat exam odoo v16 but i can´t get a link of exam , i have the bill and payment confirmation, there is no replay from odoo team , what is the solution to link my account with the bill i have

Hi,
You can do as follows:
* Login to your odoo account
* Open sale order from my account:   https://www.odoo.com/my/orders [1]
* Open related order and click on Access To Certification or Manage Certification

Also you can check your email to see if there is anything and if still not resolved, create a ticket here:  https://www.odoo.com/help [2]
