Hello everyone,

I bought a module from Odoo apps platform but I didn't get the link, 

Is there any solution for this?

I searched the link in the support page of the module, but I cannot even enter to support page, I sent an email to apps@odoo, they sent me a ticket number but if I click on it, I enter to my portal and nothing else.

The Problem is when I go to the module I purchased in odoo apps, I find the label "Confirmed Purchase "

Please DJAOUADI, I have the same issue now, how did you solve it.

This problem happens because of some browsers' add-ons not compatible with odoo.

I solve this problem by using another new installed browser and succeed to download my purchased modules.

I Ray, it happened to me as well. I purchased one module, paid 505.86US$ using my credit card. During the purchasing process Suddenly internal server error came. After that nothing happened.  I checked my credit card statement and money already deducted from my card. I submitted ticket and It's been two days now, I haven't got single response from odoo helpdesk team untill now. I don't know how to move forward now. Please help me out.

Apps purchased via the Odoo Apps Store at https://apps.odoo.com will also show up as Sales Orders in the Odoo account of the user who made the purchase.

Visit https://www.odoo.com/my/orders logged in as the user who purchased the App and open the Sales Order related to the App purchase.


In the CHATTER below the Sales Order, you will see a DOWNLOAD link:



If you do not see a Sales Order, then your order did not complete and you should email apps@odoo.com for help.
